90% of our products are available on the web, if you need any item that is not in the catalogue, please ask us.
How can I buy online?
In order to shop in our online shop, you need to register on the website. If you register in our online shop, your details and addresses will be saved for future orders. Once you have registered, you will be able to save products in your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout in a few simple steps.
I want to make a partial or total refund of my order, what should I do?
You can return any product that you have received defective or in poor condition. To do so, please send us an Instagram @biocastellon detailing the reason and attaching the appropriate photographs. We will process your return within 24-48 hours. For any other return or reason for return, please contact us.
Do you sell fresh or frozen products?
Yes, we have fresh and frozen products in the online shop. We do NOT deliver these products to your home, we have them available for in-store collection. In our physical shops you can find a wide variety of fresh and frozen products.
I want a product that is not in the online shop, can you get it?
We have a product search service, you can contact us via @biocastellon or phone 91 46 82 580, we will attend you from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.
What is the return policy?

Home delivery service
Bio Natura Castellón has a home delivery service for purchases. As a general rule, all food products, including fresh and frozen products, will be delivered to your home.
